Information we collect

Advertiser information submitted through the reservation application: business name, owner name, contact email and phone, business address, service area, website, license and insurance details, and review profile links.

Creative assets you upload, including logos, photographs, and offer copy.

Basic technical information such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Payment information

Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We retain only the processor's transaction reference, the amount, and the payment status.

How we use information

To screen applicants, reserve categories, design and proof placements, print and mail the guide, provide support, and send transactional messages about your order.

We do not sell advertiser or visitor personal information.

Publication of business information

Business name, contact details, offers, imagery, and other approved content are published in a printed guide distributed to residential addresses. Published content cannot be recalled after printing.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that make the guide possible — payment processing, email delivery, cloud hosting and storage, and commercial printing and mailing — and where required by law.

Retention

Order records and creative assets are retained for as long as needed to produce and support the edition and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Security

Creative assets are stored in a private bucket accessible only to the publisher and through secure, time-limited links. Access to order data is restricted to authorized publisher accounts.

Your choices

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your advertiser information by contacting the publisher. Deletion requests cannot remove content from already-printed editions.
