Confirm your service category is still open in this edition. One business per category — when it is claimed, it closes for everyone else.

Complete the advertiser application
Tell us about the business: owner, service area, license and insurance where applicable, and where your reviews live.

Reserve with payment
Payment reserves the category. We do not offer unpaid holds. Your checkout session holds the position for 20 minutes while you pay.

Screening review
We verify ownership, county service coverage, applicable license and insurance, and public review and complaint history.

Send your creative assets
Upload your logo, photos, offer, and contact details through your secure upload link. Our designers build the placement.
06
Approve your proof
You review the designed ad and request revisions until it is right. Nothing prints without your written approval.
07
Print and mail
The full edition prints once the guide is complete and mails to selected residential addresses across the county.

Reservations close August 7, 2026, or when all positions are filled, whichever comes first. If fewer than 6 paying advertisers have reserved a position by the close date, this edition does not print and every reservation is refunded in full.

What happens if the edition does not fill?

What does category exclusivity actually mean?

For the full edition, no other advertiser in your approved category appears anywhere in the guide. Exclusivity is scoped to the specific category you reserve, in this county edition only.

Do you hold a category without payment?

No. Payment reserves the category. During checkout your position is held for 20 minutes; if payment is not completed the category returns to availability.

What if I fail screening?

If a business does not meet the screening baseline, the placement is not published and payment is refunded in full.

Does placement guarantee results?

No. Featured businesses are screened paid advertising partners. Placement does not guarantee workmanship, calls, leads, sales, or results, and it is not an award or ranking.

Who designs the ad?

We do. Professional ad design is included in every placement, and nothing goes to print until you approve the proof in writing.

How is response measured?

Every placement carries its own code printed in the ad. When a customer mentions it, you know the guide sent them. Codes follow the BOC-CATEGORY-NN format and are assigned when you reserve.
